About Tokajer Law, LLC
Consultations are done by appointment only. Please contact us if you are interested in setting up a one-hour meeting via phone, video call, or in-person (upon request). The consultation fee is a non-refundable flat rate of $375.
If you would like to engage our firm after your consultation, we ask that you sign a representation agreement and submit a retainer. The cost of which will depend upon the nature of your case.

Matthew J. Tokajer
Managing Partner
Before forming Tokajer Law, Matthew worked at various boutique law firms gaining valuable litigation experience focusing on debtor’s rights and real estate litigation. His expertise focuses on advocating for homeowners, tenants, and consumers, both in and out of court. Through his nearly ten years of experience, he understands the emotional and financial cost of legal disputes and strives to counsel his clients accordingly. Matthew served as the vice-president of the Metro Atlanta Consumer Bankruptcy Advocacy Group, and has litigated numerous cases in the state courts of Georgia and the Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
Jennifer S. White
Associate Attorney
Jennifer gained experience at a boutique real estate litigation firm as a law clerk/associate attorney under the supervision of Matthew Tokajer. Prior to that, she worked at a large insurance defense firm. She decided to leave defending insurance companies to fight for individual's livelihoods. Jennifer believes that building relationships is crucial to advocating zealously for her clients. Prior to pursuing law school, she worked as a paralegal at a personal injury law firm in Atlanta. She attended Georgia State University College of Law and graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Juris Doctorate in 2021. Jennifer is fluent in English and Spanish.
Haili Tokajer
Office Administrator
As the office manager at Tokajer Law, Haili plays a dual role in keeping the firm running smoothly and creating a welcoming first impression for every client. She manages daily operations, coordinates schedules, and ensures the office remains organized and efficient. At the front desk, Haili serves as the friendly, professional face of the firm—handling calls, greeting clients, and maintaining clear communication across all levels of the practice. With a strong sense of discretion, attention to detail, and a commitment to client service, she is an essential part of the firm’s success. She and Matt are both partners in life as well as business and opened the firm together in May of 2024.
